WELCOME TO THE CLOSTER DEMOCRATIC CLUB

The Closter Democratic Club is a meeting place for Closter residents who seek information themselves and take action regarding political and community issues, whether purely local or extending beyond the borders of our town. Through engaging discussions and community-driven initiatives, we strive to empower individuals to be catalysts for positive change. Join us in our mission to create a more informed and involved community today.

Among the club's primary goals are:

• Where appropriate, to foster informed debate regarding decisions to be made by Closter's Mayor and Council

• Help disseminate information on local issues to Closter residents

• Sponsor educational events on issues of concern to our community

• Identify potential future leaders of Closter

• Do all the of the above while providing a safe and welcoming space for residents to meet and exchange views.

• Hold meetings on the 3rd Monday of each month at the Closter Senior Center

• All Closter residents, regardless of political affiliation, are welcome to attend
